Platelet Rich Plasma also known as the Vampire Facial is the use of your own bloods plasma injected OR infused via Microneedling into areas of skin concern to use the bodys own powers of repair and regeneration. Plasma contains a concentration of platelets and their associated growth factors that are involved in cell proliferation (increased number of cells), angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), collagenesis (collagen formation) and matrix remodelling (physical support for tissue and elasticity).
